Bessie Sinclair celebrates 100th birthday in Kilmarnock

Bessie Sinclair has been celebrating her centenary in Kilmarnock.

Depute Provost Claire Leitch and Councillor Douglas Reid presented her with flowers from East Ayrshire Council and Deputy Lieutenant Bill Stafford handed over a telegram from the Queen.
