Betty Ramsay 100th Birthday

Betty Ramsay has been celebrating her centenary in Fenwick.

Provost Jim Todd, Councillor Douglas Reid and Councillor Ellen Freel presented her with flowers from East Ayrshire Council and Deputy Lieutenant Carolyn Blyth handed over a telegram from the Queen.
