Bowman Garden Machinery donate equipment to community group
Bowman Garden Machinery has generously donated equipment to Gatehead Community Council to help them keep East Ayrshire clean and green.
Frances Bowman from BGM presented a strimmer and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to John Russell from Gatehead Community Council. The community council are extremely active within the village and work in partnership with the Council’s Outdoor Services team to keep green spaces well maintained.
Councillor Douglas Reid, Leader of the Council said: “I would like to thank BGM for supporting our local communities and donating equipment to Gatehead Community Council. The community council are committed to keeping their village well maintained and I cannot praise them highly enough for their dedication.
“I would also like to thank Frances and BGM for donating two tractor mounted salt spreaders to the Council. The spreaders have been used to grit priority 1 and priority 2 footways across East Ayrshire during the winter months.”
