Celebrate Kilmarnock family fun day was jointly organised by East Ayrshire Council’s Vibrant Communities and Celebrate Kilmarnock in Kilmarnock Town Centre on Saturday 27 July. There was face painting, stalls, picnic areas, climbing tower, pre 5 activities, fun fair carnival stalls, sports and performances from the Happy Tappers, Centrestage and Loudoun Society. The Sports Clubs involved were Cluarankwai Judo Club, Kilmarnock Harriers, Kilmarnock Tennis Club, North West Amateur Boxing Club, Above Adventure (Climbing wall) and Kilmarnock Community Sports Trust (Hexagoal). The event was a great success with over 1000 people attending.
