Council headquarters reception - by appointment only

From Tuesday 28 June 2022 our reception desk at Council headquarters, London Road, Kilmarnock, will re-open to welcome members of the public who wish to attend Council and Committee meetings and who have pre-arranged appointments to see Elected Members or officers.

Please do not visit Council headquarters without an appointment - we are unable to accommodate walk-in enquiries at this time. Due to the home working arrangements which remain in place, the person you need to speak to may not be available at that time.

Please note we are unable to accept Council payments at this location.

Our office hours are Monday-Thursday: 9am-5pm and Friday: 9am- 4pm.
