David and Ellen Brown celebrate Diamond Wedding Anniversary
Provost Barry Douglas and Councillor Jon Herd visited Kilmarnock couple David and Ellen Brown recently to congratulate them on 60 years of marriage.
The couple was presented with a basket of flowers on behalf of East Ayrshire Council.
