David and Lill Wallace celebrate Platinum Wedding Anniversary
Provost Jim Todd and Councillor Lillian Jones visited David and Lil Wallace of Kilmarnock recently to pass on congratulations as they celebrated 70 years of marriage.
The couple was presented with flowers on behalf of East Ayrshire Council. Deputy Lieutenant David Lacy presented the couple with a telegram from the King.
