Evelyn and William Foster Celebrate Golden Wedding Anniversary

Councillor Fiona Campbell visited Evelyn and William Foster from Kilmarnock recently to pass on congratulations as they celebrated fifty years of marriage.

The couple was presented with a basket of flowers on behalf of East Ayrshire Council.
