James and Janette Cook celebrate Diamond Wedding Anniversary

Provost Barry Douglas visited Kilmarnock couple James and Janette Cook recently to congratulate them on 60 years of marriage.

The couple was presented with a basket of flowers on behalf of East Ayrshire Council.
