Margaret and George Waddell celebrate Diamond Wedding Anniversary
Provost Barry Douglas and Councillor Neil McGhee visited Auchinleck couple Margaret and George Waddell recently to congratulate them on 60 years of marriage.
The couple was presented with a basket of flowers on behalf of East Ayrshire Council. Deputy Lieutenant Richard Vernon presented the couple with a telegram from the Queen.
