Samuel Tibbo 100th Birthday

Samuel Tibbo has been celebrating his centenary in Crosshouse, but is originally from Mauchline.

Provost Jim Todd and Councillor Tom Cook presented him with a gift from East Ayrshire Council and Deputy Lieutenant David Lacy handed over a telegram from the Queen.
