'The Town that saved Christmas - a Kilmarnock story' is a new book featuring nine very special local children.

When the children find Santa's sleigh has crashed in Dean Castle Country Park, they embark on an adventure that takes in many famous local landmarks across Kilmarnock, including Dean Castle, the Palace Theatre pantomine, Centrestage, Kilmarnock Football Club and Above Adventure as they try to gather all the lost presents and save Christmas!

The book will launch at Kilmarnock's Winter Festival on Sunday 26 November and will be available to buy for £3.99 (cash only).

From Monday 27 November, it will be available from participating Kilmarnock businesses - I Love Gifts, The Purple Turtle, Gallery 2, Forever Young, Above Adventure and Kevs Kards, or you can buy it online https://linktr.ee/lovelocalea
