Tom Paulin celebrates 100th birthday
Tom Paulin has been celebrating his centenary in Dalmellington.
Provost Claire Leitch and Councillor Drew Filson presented him with a gift from East Ayrshire Council. Deputy Lieutenant Lady Marguerite Hunter Blair handed over a telegram from the King and Queen Consort.
