Wellbeing partners hosting free events to celebrate women and girls
East Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership will soon be hosting some free family-friendly days out in celebration of women and girls across East Ayrshire.
Following on from this year's International Women's Day, the events will bring individuals, communities and organisations together to explore the steps we can all take to make East Ayrshire safer for women and girls.
At the events in Cumnock, Kilmarnock and Stewarton, you can make yourself a tasty mocktail, get your health checked and enjoy some refreshments while learning about wellbeing services across East Ayrshire.
A varied programme of workshops, talks, stallholders and interactive sessions will include:
- Mocktail masterclass
- Health and vitality check
- Information market
- Refreshments and cake
Each event is free to attend but please register via Eventbrite for catering purposes (search ‘GiveToGainEA’ in Eventbrite, add the location as Kilmarnock, and the events below will appear to choose from):
- Tuesday 10 March, 11am to 2pm: The Nest Wellbeing Group, Cumnock
- Wednesday 11 March, 11am to 2pm: The Howard Centre, Kilmarnock
- Thursday 12 March, 10am to 1pm: Rose Reilly Sports Centre, Stewarton
