Winter weather-related repairs
The Housing and Repairs Service is currently dealing with a large number of remedial repairs resulting from burst pipes, as well as follow up work from heating/hot water related issues.
The team is working to assess damage and any actions that need to be taken to assist our tenants while ensuring that jobs are planned and prioritised appropriately.
If your boiler stopped working and our engineer disconnected your condensate pipe, we will return after the holiday period to reconnect. Until then please check and empty the temporary water container every few days.
