King Street will partially reopen this evening, following discussions with the demolition contractors and building standards.

On a beautiful day in June, Onthank Primary School was full of laughter and awash with colour when Onthank Parent Council held a sponsored colour run.

Recovery work continues apace with demolition taking priority over the coming days. The demolition will be carried out in 2 phases.

On Monday 14 and Thursday 17 July, and Monday 21 and Thursday 24 July - Western Road recycling centre will close at 3.50pm.

Following significant work over the past few months, a start date has been set for the redevelopment of the Palace Theatre and Grand Hall in Kilmarnock.
