Job fair to be held on Monday 7 November
The Council’s award-winning Facilities and Property Management team is hosting a job fair on Monday 7 November at Rothesay House in Cumnock.
The job fair will run from 10am until 2pm and there will be opportunities to chat to the team, find out more about the vacancies that are currently available and job opportunities that will be coming up in the near future.
There are vacancies on offer within Catering, Cleaning and Janitorial Services and the team is also looking for School Crossing Patrollers. There are a variety of hours and shifts available and there will be representatives from Human Resources in attendance who can provide advice on filling out application forms.
Councillor Clare Maitland, Cabinet Spokesperson for Planning, Human Resources and Property said: “This is a great opportunity for local people to come along and chat with the team from Facilities and Property Management to find out more about the jobs that are available. They are a great team; they are friendly and approachable and will be very happy to answer any questions. I am also pleased that Human Resources will also be on hand to provide advice on filling in application forms, as this can be a bit daunting. We look forward to meeting everyone.”
