Councillor Barry Douglas visited David and Linda Withers from Kilmarnock recently to pass on congratulations as they celebrated fifty years of marriage.

The former Netherthird Library in Cumnock is set to become home to ‘SL66’, a new employability hub which will deliver learning and training opportunities to help local young people to progress into, and sustain, employment.
